[anti-censorship-team] Request obfs4

Hi everyone,

I would want to test obfs4 bridges if you have them already properly configured. Please consider sharing bridges with me and I will definitely inform you about the results. We assume that the government of Turkmenistan managed to block all the currently listed obfs4 bridges on the different platforms. Feel free sending me bridges for testing purposes.
