Potential names proposed during/around the Tor meeting:

• notEUS
• lava
• LATAM

My two pesos:

• notfive (or not5, !5): however, this excludes australia.

• few relays area (fra): however, this excludes other non-technical aspects of the discussion.

• under (or tor-under): this stands for underrepresented areas, in terms of community, relays, user base, etc.

Bumping this up! Any further ideas/proposals for a name?
