Hi, kicking the ball, I started a *draft* plan about our activities in Primavera Hacker 2017 (phacker17). For those who doesn't know, Primavera Hacker is a conference in Chile, Santiago.
The plan have three chronological stages: before, during and after the phacker17.

Just checking in about this. I'd like for Tor to be able to support some attendees to Phacker and the Tor Meetup there, so I just need to know how many people need funding to attend, and an approximate cost for each of them.
