[network-health] Middle Relays.

Good Day,

I have run a middle Tor relay for many years. I wish that the Tor Project would stop publishing the IP addresses of middle relays. Such will make the Tor Network more secure; plus, my home IP address is being blacklisted as being a VPN, proxy, malicious, etc.
