Hi Tomas,
You are running a Tor relay, which is great: http://rougmnvswfsmd4dq.onion/rs.html#search/23F7759EBFA353E10F34A6DD69126FE...
First: that Tor version is obsolete, and because of old bugs, we will soon cut relays running those versions out of the network. Please consider upgrading!
Second: let us know if there is any way to help you bump up the bandwidth that you are allocating to the Tor relay. :)
You can find Tor packages for many distros / operating systems here: https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/TorRelayGuide#Platformspecific... and/or here: https://community.torproject.org/relay/setup/guard/
Let us know if we can do anything to make the process easier.
And lastly, I am cc'ing the new network health mailing list (which has public archives), to help us stay synced: https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/org/teams/NetworkHealthTeam
Thanks! --Roger
Hey, Roger!
Thanks for a mail. The problem is that ubuntu repository does not update their package. I’m keeping my server up to date, but I noticed that long time ago they do not update. Interestingly my node which is on OVH server - it took more updated version.
Could you recommend how i should update the tor software?
Best Regards, Tomas Vanagas

It sounds like you're on Ubuntu 18.04, aka bionic?
You're right, Ubuntu included Tor in their "universe" set of packages, and then never updated. It's very upsetting, but they did it, so here we are.
We have our own deb repository at deb.torproject.org which you can use to get a proper Tor deb for bionic.
The old instructions are here: https://2019.www.torproject.org/docs/debian#ubuntu and the newer version of the instructions, which in theory ought to be the same but actually isn't (so looking at both might be helpful if you get confused), is here: https://support.torproject.org/apt/tor-deb-repo/
Hope this helps! --Roger
Thanks! I’ll include your repo and update soon.
Best Regards, Tomas Vanagas

To close the loop here: your upgraded relay looks good.
That said, there's one little issue that's bugging me and maybe you can help: it seems that the relay is running Tor 0.4.1.5, not the most recent Tor 0.4.1.6.
I wonder why this is: https://deb.torproject.org/torproject.org/dists/bionic/main/binary-amd64/Pac... lists 0.4.1.6 as the Tor version you'd get if you get the bionic package from deb.torproject.org.
