I realized today that meeting T-4 days near a weekend and (US) holiday might be insufficient notice, so I'll just plan to do a full depth presentation of the entire threat model on Monday, then at the meeting we can decide how to proceed.

I would enjoy hearing the fuller version! Poking people present tomorrow morning for a show of hands for who could stay in the meeting longer vs. organize another day sounds like a good plan.
