Missing install file for el capitan

Hello, Tried installing on Mac 10.11.16 and it can’t download https://homebrew.bintray.com/bottles/libevent-2.0.22.el_capitan.bottle.tar.… <https://homebrew.bintray.com/bottles/libevent-2.0.22.el_capitan.bottle.tar.…>

logs and some way to know how much remains to be done when running the deck and having local reports.

Hi all, I ran ooniprobe -i /var/lib/ooni/decks/deck-in/default-user.deck I also read the manpage but there doesn't seem to be a way to know when the tests are completed.
