Hi all!

Due to conflicts some folks on the browser team have we are moving our meeting time. It's now half an hour earlier on Mondays: 1830 UTC. That results in a new meeting location as well as #tor-meeting will be occupied by the network team folks during that time. We'll therefore use #tor-meeting2.

Thus, the next weekly meeting will be on Monday, 1/28/2019, at 1830 UTC in #tor-meeting2 at irc.oftc.net.
