meeting tomorrow, 1800 UTC in #tor-project

Hello all, We'll have our regular community team meeting tomorrow at 1800 UTC on IRC in the OFTC channel #tor-project. I have not added anything there because I'm on a flight with bad wifi, so the pad will not load for me, but here is what I would like us to cover in the meeting: 1. Updates 2.
