For a few months, now, Tor Browser has been acting strange such that it does not retain a consistent UI Form or Window when resized or otherwise. It does not get displayed correctly in my OS (Windows 10) while other Mozilla or Chrome-based browsers display correctly. Tor seems to always display itself as a container within a container. If I try to resize the browser, the browser sides continuously change size, sometimes they shrink while other times they grow. Hi, My name is Tawah Peggy Che. I recently completed the coursework for a BEng in Computer Software Engineering and will like to get in to open source not just to boost my career and gain experience but also to contribute to free and open-source projects. since my initial application for outreachy was approved I looked through current Outreachy projects and the Tor Project #2 ( Help Tor Project support our users <https://www.outreachy.org/outreachy-december-2020-internship-round/communit…>) from this organization really seemed interesting to me because I have been using the tor browser for a while and I really like the product and helping people around the internet is fascinating and awesome for me. so I would like to contribute to that effect. configuration problem or censored site?

Hello! I don't know if I have misconfigured something, if there is a bug or if a hidden service is misconfigured/censored. The hidden service is an icecast server and I am on and off trying to send a vorbis stream to it. I can only access the hidden service administrator over i2p, and some i2p traffic is firewalled according to my mobile phone. As a hobbyist I have the time but not yet the skills to figure out what is going on. Which level of log file verbosity do you suggest to begin with? I send this just out of curiosity and because I enjoy sending email. Regards, Per Gunnarsson
