Hi,
The provider where maatuska, my directory authority, has been hosted for the last two years or so has had some trouble with its switches lately. I was unable to keep maatuska on the network enough to be a good participant of making a consensus. I decided to move the machine to a place where I have physical access 24x7 and can run it on a network under my control.
Other directory authorities need to change its idea of where maatuska lives in order to make it part of the consensus making. Clients benefit from the same change, for downloading the consensus.
