Unless there's a reason that you'd like to make this private it's better to have development discussions in the open (though tor-dev@ is probably more appropriate). Imho writing a SoaT counterpart based on either stem [1] or txtorcon [2] would be a great project if you're interested in improving our bad-exit detection infrastructure.
