Yes, actually that form only shows "Key: Value" list, we can break it down in several GroupBoxes which consist of grouped data field and checkboxes to include.

It would be useful if you uploaded a draft to the site, but really the
only hard requirement is that the proposal is uploaded before the
deadline. ;)
