In settings(plugins) "Flash plugin" is disabled and it is inactive. In Tor Button settings Plugins are turned off. What happens? Is it a BUG?

If you get a chance, try going to the following URL http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/find-version-flash-player.html#main_Find_Flash_Player_version_type_and_capabilities__Flash_developers_only_, and let us know what 'Your player version" says?
