Hello everyone. I am sorry but I won't be able to pursue/achieve my GSoC[1] for personal reasons that I prefer not disclose on a public mailing list. I'll donate my current payment to the Tor project.
I am really sorry about this; I hope that I haven't took someone else's place, and that this project will be achieved.
