[tor-project] HackerNCoder's Monthly Status Report for November 2022

Hello all!

I'm HackerNCoder, and I will be contracting for the Tor Project until May. I am working on anti-censorship, monitoring blocks and getting data about how those blocks work so we can better respond, focused on Iran.

Here is my status report for November 2022:

Half of my time was spent on onboarding and getting to know what I would be doing. In the other half I worked on two scripts[1] and looked at the OONI api, and worked on a script to monitor new censorship.
