With teams expanding in all different directions, it's getting harder and harder to catch up with what each team has been up to.
Right now you'd have to sign up for all different mailing lists and show up for all different meetings to catch up with the work each team is doing... and then you wouldn't have any time to do any actual work.
Would it make sense to have each team to send a summary of what they've been up to every month, to this list? or tor-reports? whichever that's more appropriate.
Cheers,

Hi Nima,
One way this has been happening is through the Vegas team's weekly notes. I always add everything that the community team is doing to those notes. What do you feel like is missing from that?

Hi there!
We miss TwN don't we?
Core tor and tor browser has monthly tags for all the tickets they will be working every month:
TorCoreTeamYYYYMM TorBrowserTeamYYYYMM
Works to follow up with these teams work.
TBB sends monthly reports to tor-reports and I do for core tor for sponsor U reports..
I would be in favor of not creating more overhead of writing reports :)
I am in strong favor of things like the tags above which are easy for anyone to figure out how to stay informed if they want to. And adds very little overhead to the team.
Cheers, Isabela
