op-??3 instances
https://metrics.torproject.org/torperf.html
As one option we could change the default file size on m-web from 50 KiB to 5 MiB in order to have timeouts being displayed at all, now that there are no 50 KiB/1 MiB downloads anymore.
As another option we could redefine timeout for smaller downloads and hope to see the same distribution there. Needs analysis.
Keep op-??2 instances running until we have a plan, most likely until next meeting.
GitLab migration
proposal on how gitlab will work: https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/tpa/gitlab/-/issues/29
karsten opens a ticket in https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/tpa/gitlab/-/issues to mirror the OnionPerf gitolite code in GitLab
Adding documentation ticket (#40001) to current roadmap
gaba says this seems okay.
