[tor-qa] Tor Browser 7.5.3 is ready for testing

Tor Browser 7.5.3 is ready for testing. Bundles can be found on:

https://people.torproject.org/~gk/builds/7.5.3-build1/

This release contains a security update to Firefox and an updated HTTPS Everywhere version (2018.3.13). The release is planned for the upcoming Monday. Please give it a test if you can.
