Aha, I think Qt needed to be rebuilt.
Mike has created a new Torbutton to fix #8839, so I'm going to rebuild all of the bundles and issue new ones within the next couple of hours. I'll make sure this is no longer an issue as well. :) (Though it is odd that it worked for me.)
