[tor-qa] ASan hardened TBBs for Linux x86-64

Hi,

I am happy to announce the first TBBs that are built with Address Sanitizer (ASan) hardening. See: https://code.google.com/p/address-sanitizer/wiki/AddressSanitizer for some material explaining what it does and what it defends against.

These builds are nightlies and currently available for 64bit Linux systems. I've uploaded one to
