They told me that a relay https://atlas.torproject.org/#details/3D512D9ACD9A6056ED6EA20C46406FA5A67883... with contact "e @torworld" is not operated by them.
I think you misinterpreted this.
Relays with contact "e @ torworld.org" are not run by "abuse @ torworld.org" and this is reflected in the contact.
Why is somebody running relays with the contact domain of another party?
They give away email addresses under their domain to 3th parties - not so unusual.
Is there a way that mails ever reach e@torworld.org?
I never got an error when writing emails to e@torworld.org
