searching for relays by fingerprint I always get the same information:

An outage in the @torproject infrastructure currently affects at least #CollecTor, #Onionoo and @TorAtlas. Expect relay information on @TorAtlas to be older than usual (currently stuck at 2018-02-02 19:00).
