Hello,
Because of latest Digital Ocean billing changes I request to remove relay 774555642FDC1E1D4FDF2E0C31B7CA9501C5C9C7 from fallback directory mirrors list. I will keep it online and updated, but in the long run (year or two) I plan to shutdown it.
