I had this issue too. It resolved itself shortly within a few hours.

So my relay at https://metrics.torproject.org/rs.html#details/79E3B585803DE805CCBC00C1EF36B... is suddenly saying it's a new relay. Don't know why this would happen as it's been running for a few years, but suddenly saying it's new?
