On that page they have "Fast exit relays (>=100 MBit/s)" and "MBit/s (Mbps)". MB means megabytes I would think.
Well, you're in holy war territory there. The only answer I've found is to always say MBit or MByte, and never say MB because people will get excited and/or confused.
And as far as I can tell the wiki page above already does it this way.
