Then it will be available via one of bridgeDB distributors (moat/telegram/email/https/settings)[1]. From users perspective, if your bridge IP change, they will need to fetch your bridge again because we don't have a 'subscription' system[2]. It's not great, but in Turkmenistan case, it's better than nothing.
