Yes, as I said I put it back online by rebuilding my server completely.

Did not know that about port 22. I used a variant of the ReducedExitPolicy which accepts port 22 according to https://gitlab.torproject.org/legacy/trac/-/wikis/doc/ReducedExitPolicy .

reported?

I wasn't even sure if it was a bug, if I did something wrong, or if it was related to my ISP; hence my question on the mailing list.
