Before migrating the others, I prefer to cross-check: is there anyone aware of issues with C8 and tor 0.4.x??

I am running the same version (built on my build server) on CentOS7. Works fine (from the time of the release).

I am hoping to find to enough time to setup a CentOS 8 build vm to start building the latest Tor for CentOS 8 and finish the yum repository and make it public.
