I have a 250Mb pipe and have seen a maximum Advertised Bandwidth rate of 4MB/s with my Tor relay. I know resource constraint must be factored in, but I would expect better than 4MB/s. I believe I remember reading it was based on an average 10 second burst rate, but in what direction is the connection initiated?
