Hi all,
I personally run a Tor exit node on an Online dedicated server for some months now without any problem. Right, as written in the Tor Wiki Mikmak told that, but Arnaud (director of Online.net) told there latter is no problem while server's administrator reply correctly to abuse requests. I wrote to Online support before running my exit relay, and the person who responded to me confirmed it was OK while I am ready to handle abuse requests correctly.
So no problem to run an exit node on Online.net dedicated servers.
Have a good day,
Patrick

Dear Robert,
I personally have no experience with online.net directly nor studied their ToS etc., I refered to the tor wiki:
"Online.net just changed their conditions of sales (2013-07-30) and Tor is no longer unauthorized by the contract. Some Tor relay are now running on Online.net since several weeks. Forum administrator mikmak states though that the company thinks Tor is morally a "bad thing" and your (exit) relay will be shut down in a week Link (bbln, 07/21/2014)"

maybe "forum administrator mikmak" was wrong

I couldn't see a reference to Tor being banned anywhere. Are you certain it is?
