Hello Vincinius,
your offer sounds interesting. Can you send me some more details in a private e-mail?

Hi Josef,
Sorry for the late reply, nice to see you going looking into, why they are those provider doing this kinda of "DoS" on VPS that are exits. I will just change temporarily to middle until i found a new VPS provider or an dedicated server that can do SWIP[0] to an /32(one already in sight, on my country). This way i think it will reduce a lot of hassle to the provider. We could share a dedicated if you want to, running muitiple tor's using virtualization, we could share the administration using something like tmate.io. What do you think?
P.s. My mistake, i said they reply my response to their complaint, but that did not happend. i just mistaken the provider Hetzner with an automated response of an dmarc failure from reichster(at the time, i didn't notice, i was kinda hurry). For me its all german :p .

Vinicius,
Thank you.

Hello Vinicius,
Hetzner now also filed an abuse message to my relay running on a ViralVPS dediacted server. This time with detailed logfiles. The astonishing aspect is, that Hetzner seems to track every single connection done. The Support opened a ticket and after some discussion about it: No TOR is allowed on the network (not even a middle relay) so I had to shut down the relay. The ToS agreement is alreay updated.
The exit relay accepted the following ports:
* 53 * 80 * 8080 * 443 * 8332-8333 * rest was rejected
The uptime was 9 Months and just one abuse message ever occured. Quote from the support:
"Hey, please don't run any Tor exit nodes. I don't want these
being run on my network, sorry but the hassle is not worth it for me."
After I asked about the specific problemes I got:
" Hi, it is simply because of activities which are done on Tor, I
understand that is used for a lot of good things, but I don’t want any abusive activities at all associated with my network. I hope you understand. Dealing with abuse complaints is not fun and trying to get IP’s removed from blacklists is even less fun." It's a pain in the ass because the speed and paths were really nice.

Hetzner also sent an abuse to my server located in germany. But the
message was very unspecific and didn't include any information so I said that without more information I will nothing do about it. I run another exit relay from ViralVPS but on a dedicated server. If you want to give it a try: http://viralvps.com [1]

I am currently running two tor exit relays[1] in providor yourserver.se, all of them with restrict exit policy, until now i didnt have any problem with those, except with their's automated system implemented, in use by yourserver.se, but was easy to solve,
that happend some month's ago.
Recently i receive a couple(2 actually) of complaints comming from Hetzner[2], complaining about port's scans comming from the tor exit relay, and i did reply all of those, but now the operator Michael is telling me that it received to much complaints and i should stop the exit or they will suspend, does someone have any other vps providor
that can be recommended for sure that it doesn't do that. I dont mind if the price is more than 100% higher of the currently providor.
Thank you.
Sorry about my crappy english.

Your TOR exit node generates too many complaints. Please stop it or we will have to suspend that server.
Thank you for understanding.
