Hi,
My relay was up during 4 days, but now it's down. In the log it says:
Dec 30 21:19:51.000 [warn] http status 400 ("Authdir is rejecting routers in this range.") response from dirserver '128.31.0.39:9131'. Please$ Dec 30 21:19:51.000 [warn] http status 400 ("Authdir is rejecting routers in this range.") response from dirserver '208.83.223.34:443'. What could be happening? I restart it but it says the same on the log.
Regards, Gio
Hello,
This is very vague. We do not know which range you are in and which relay this is about. This is probably inside google cloud, which was blocked by the dirauths some days ago because some guy signed up 3347 exit relays with google cloud machines.

A couple of hundred relays started up earlier today (another stupid "sybil attack"). A lot of them on that /16, so your relay probably got blacklisted as it was in that range.
I can see your relay being down a little while; not forever. I'm sure one of the directory authority guys will reply and advise! :)
Hi List,
maybe it's a little bit off-topic but how many authoritative directory servers exist?

Well my relay continues being down. Will my relay up someday again? I think, doesn't have sense to have relay on my server configured if it will not be available because was blacklisted for some reason that I don't know, nobody contacts me explaining why was my relay down or a notice about it.

Please give the Directory Authority people some time to react. Until yesterday a lot of Tor prople were at the 31C3 conference (Chaos Computer Club) and are now celebrating the new year. Things are a bit slow right now.

Hi Gio,
Sorry for the troubles.
The problem is that on Dec 30 the network got flooded by a pile of relays all named Anonpoke, which came from several Internet address blocks.
One of those blocks was 104.130.0.0/16 -- we ended up blocking the whole thing by address to get rid of them, and your relay was a casualty of this broad block. This is very sad. There was a second casualty too (a relay called "exotime").
It looks like the flood of relays has disappeared actually. I think that means that soon we should remove the rule about those address blocks.
But as Sebastian says, please give us a few days to get some sleep after 31c3 and we'll sort it out.
Thanks for running a relay everybody! --Roger
Don't worry. It's nice to know the relay will back.
Thanks to everybody

Hello Gio,
after googling "Authdir is rejecting routers in this range." I found this Trac-Ticket: https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/12661
Maybe your probleme is described in there.
