If I'm not mistaken the V2Dir flag is given to directory mirrors unless you are really struggling for the upload bandwidth mirroring the directory certainly isn't a bad idea it will add in my experience about 1-2% to the upload usage v relaying alone but it does help the network if you can support it.

Okay thanks. I uncommented the line regarding keeping a directory (it's on port 8080 - I'm assuming there won't be any problems with that).
