hi,what are these relay operators with the same nickname (snap269)  but from different countries the vast majority of relays are outdated  and do not work

I wrote about them in April 2017: https://medium.com/@nusenu/is-this-a-ubuntu-based-botnet-deploying-tor-relay...

since back then their CW fraction grew from 0.07% to currently ~0.41%
