Does the tor-arm tool display the used BW of the obfuscated bridge or only the normal non obfuscated bridge?

It should display the used bandwidth of the Tor program, which includes all the various ways that people can talk to it.
That said, there might be bugs where the obfsproxy traffic is "local" to the Tor program, so it doesn't count it as bandwidth used. But in that case it would still count the traffic to/from the Tor network.
