No problem here on mine... May be it's your relay side ? Have you checked your relay's uptime ? May be a quick reboot after a crash you haven't noticed ? An update/upgrade has broke Tor's uptime ?

Got my flags back, i assume it was an upstream issue. While my own internet was fine andere relay is hosted on the same connection. Wondered if it happened to someone before.
