Is something like this what people had in mind? If that's acceptable or only a few things to change I can do it now but lacking time to do anything fancy. Took a bad screenshot and unfortunately lost the changes so ignore the blue highlighted stuff.

We have an open ticket, https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/10013 to redesign the page to make it easier to see who is funding us, how much they funded us over time, and generally make the entire page more reader friendly?
