I created a GitHub repository for the project here (attempting to keep the same naming convention as the official projects):It's just a quick and easy way for us to collaborate for now. Ideally, I'd like to have it hosted on https://gitweb.torproject.org/, but I'm not sure what the policies are for adding a project. Could one of the Tor Project members shed some light on this?
